Join us for our fantastic family experience this Christmas on our Santa Experience Trail. 

Bookings are allocated to 1 hour time slots for 2 adults and 4 children per booking slot. Should you wish for additional tickets, you will need to contact Brecart Lodge with your booking reference to check availability

The Offer Includes:

  • Write a letter to Santa on arrival & post your letter to Santa
  • Follow the trail to avail of arts / crafts in the main house
  • Hot chocolate / shortbread for everyone
  • Then meet and greet Santa
  • Receive a Special book from Santa
  • Feel free to take a photo with Santa
  • Don’t forget to collect your reindeer food specially made by the Elves before you leave

By booking this experience you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Bookings are allocated to time slots for 2 adults and 4 children per booking slot. Should you wish for additional tickets, you will need to contact Brecart Lodge with your booking reference to check availability. We ask that bookings are allocated to the same household. BOOKINGS CANNOT BE SEPARATED INTO ANOTHER TIME SLOT. Everyone booked in this time slot all go in together to see Santa.

  2. Please arrive at Brecart Lodge no earlier than 30 minutes and no later than 15 minutes before the time noted on your confirmation to allow sufficient time to check in.

  3. Email confirmation must be shown on arrival.

  4. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferable if confirmed by Brecart Lodge.
  5. If you arrive late you will lose your slot. No exceptions.

  6. Tickets are only available via Brecart Lodge website. Any person who cannot identify themselves as linked to the purchaser of the ticket may be refused admission.

  7. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a cancellation or postponement of the event by the Event Organisers. If you cannot make the event you can sell on your tickets to another family but please contact the office to let us know as we will require the new family’s booking details.

  8. The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a visitor without refund for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury or nuisance.

  9. The Event Organisers reserve the right to alter the programme as necessary.

  10. The Event Organisers do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to persons/property on or around the premises.

  11. Children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.

  12. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

  13. No smoking or vaping anywhere

  14. Please be aware that we are a setting beside the River Bann. You and your families safety is your responsibility
  15. No dogs
